High School Inclusion Special Education Teacher

Spotter Staffing has partnered with a fantastic school district seeking a High School Inclusion Special Education Teacher beginning October 12, 2026 and continuing through the end of the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers competitive pay, strong district support, and incredible benefits!

Qualifications for Special Education Teacher candidates include:

• Valid Texas Special Education certification

• Appropriate Texas content-area certification based on assignment

• High school or secondary special education experience preferred

• Inclusion or co-teaching experience preferred

• Strong understanding of IEPs, accommodations, modifications, and differentiated instruction

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Hours for Special Education Teacher:

• Full-Time

• Monday–Friday during standard school hours

• Start Date: October 12, 2026

• Position continues through the end of the 2026–2027 school year

Compensation for Special Education Teacher:

• $48–$54 per hour based on experience

• Uncapped bonus potential

Special Education Teacher position details:

• High school inclusion setting

• Support students receiving special education services within general education classrooms

• Collaborate and co-teach with general education teachers

• Implement individualized accommodations and modifications

• Provide differentiated instruction and targeted academic support

• Develop and monitor measurable IEP goals

• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings

• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation

• Help students strengthen organization, self-advocacy, and independent learning skills

• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other special education professionals
