Campuses: Primarily Elementary (K–5)

Schedule: 2 Days per Week | Up to 20 Hours/Week

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Educational Diagnostician to support a highly supportive school district in Terrell, TX. This part-time role focuses primarily on evaluation and report writing for elementary campuses, offering a manageable schedule and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully without the full demands of ARD facilitation.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students (primarily grades K–5)

Interpret assessment data and develop clear, compliant written reports

Utilize Q-interactive for digital assessment administration

Maintain documentation and service records using Frontline
-
Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and related service providers

Ensure evaluations meet state and federal compliance standards

Participate in ARD meetings on an occasional basis (not a primary responsibility)

Qualifications
-
Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician certification

Master’s degree in a related field

Experience conducting school-based evaluations preferred

Familiarity with Q-interactive and Frontline systems preferred

Strong report writing and data interpretation skills

Knowledge of IDEA and TEA eligibility criteria and compliance requirements
